A Good Week

First, a week of training:

March 25: 6 miles in 52 with 6x100m strides
March 26: 10 in 86.5 with 2 in 14:00
March 27: 6 in 52.5
March 28: 20 in 180, last 2 at marathon pace. Piriformis stiffness.
March 29: 0
March 30: 8 in 68 with 5x600m in 2:26 - 200m. Overdressed.
March 31: 10 in 95.5 with 10 sprints in strong winds and ice pellets.

Then, there was the family get-together for Easter. Nice.

And, then I proposed to Ema.
