Back to Running

The past couple of days have been rainy and humid, which has made it much easier for me to run, so there should be more running content here, as long as the weather here is Seattle-like. There should be less clutter on the blog as well, as I'm moving stuff to other sites.

This weekend was the Zumbro 100 Mile and I have hundreds of things to read regarding it, all of a sudden. Check the blogroll; there should be some reports.

Mine is coming! These things take a long time to sift through and digest. Lots of crazy events happened that were game-changers.

I need to clean up my blog too, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it :) Can't wait to read some of the Zumbro reports!

Glad you've been able to run comfortably again.

Of course I've got to try and reverse-engineer your temporary stuff. Weekly plans for a 3-hour marathon, perhaps?

Colin, it is... sort of. I got asked what I'd do differently if I were to try to run a marathon that fast again.
