This could be a bad Twitter post:
I lost 7 pounds this week!
No, I'm not on the Biggest Loser. I'm not even exercising, except for pulling creeping charlie out of my lawn and playing with the neighbor's cat. I'm not dieting. I'm not dehydrated. Yet, I lost 4.4% of my body weight in a week. What gives?
Update: Turns out it's all water weight. I'd cut out a ton of salt and had decreased carb intake (without decreasing calories) as I wasn't running - went from bloated to not bloated.
