Arrrrgh!

Today was supposed to be a fun run. Quit after two miles - two slow miles.

Just another song I like that fits the day:

Good song!

For someone who has run 100-mile races, and therefore must have the ability to defer gratification to achieve a long term goal, you sure seem, sometimes, to let relatively meaningless short-term disappointments get to you.

A couple bad runs? Big deal!

You'll get out in front of it again.

I have had 5 years of bad runs and look at me!

After 4 years 11 and half more months of this and you too can do a 25k at a 19:10 min/mile pace. Dare to dream, my friend.

Dare. To. Dream.

Be nice to you.
