Shred!

The streak of good days of running is over for me, due to allergy problems. Tomorrow's a hill run and I should be back to writing about running. Until then, a few guitars: Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani and Buckethead.

Well, I'm not alone in the IT Office today, so I can't listen to these, and hence can't comment on them.

So I thought I'd take this opportunity to turn my comment into a Stump Speech for The Importance of Having Fully-Funded Public Libraries.

Because remember: The job you save may be my own!

And of course my word verif. word = "colan".

To which I am forced to respond: Rectum? It nearly KILLED 'em!

G: You know I love my libraries, but your constant blog commentary suggests that one particular librarian may be underworked...

And by that I mean the one that stole 1400 items from St. Paul Central (not the 100000 I reported before).

Malmsteen - one of my favorite CDs is surfing with the alien.... Had ni clue anyone knew who he was anymore! Cool! Also there alergies are bad for so many right now. Good luck.

Londell after Malmsteen injured his hand, his speed went down and he kind of disappeared. I've got Satriani's "Flying in a Blue Dream" and while it has great guitar work, he tries to sing, so "Surfing With the Alien" remains his best. Buckethead's fun in small doses; guessing who he is is half the fun.

Okay. That was fun. I am amazed and intrigued by this Buckethead character. He is great! And even DOES where a bucket on his head.

But that Mushroom song... Am I missing something?

Take your time. It might just seem boring to us when you get back to running:)

Does your deep personal connection involve (Stephen) Furst?

If so, thanks for not sharing!

Psyche, Whenever I comment on your blog, my computer crashes. The problem seems to be on your end; don't know if anyone else has the problem.
