So, what's next?

I'm over 400 posts on this blog now (and yes, way too many recently) and I've pretty much written my book on running. If I ever get around to making the "how to" posts searchable, one can find everything from nutrition to energetics to hill running style, carboloading, intervals, endurance runs, racing, schedule planning, philosophy...

The one thing I haven't covered is injury prevention and management, mostly because I don't know how to do it without photos and I can't take photos of myself that'd work. I'll get around to it, though.

So now it's time to hear from the peanut gallery: what else have I neglected?

Well ... would it kill you to call your mother?

She worries, you know.

@G: Call her what? (she died, BTW)

How about increasing mash efficiency and apparent attenuation?

Forgive for my typical lame comment, but I enjoy reading your blog partly because I learn about things I didn't know I didn't know: okinowa diet, race updates from the midwest, old girlfrield stories.

P.S. I take your comment on my blog to mean you're in on writing a chapter. :) Could you even force yourself to write a story without personality and humor? (oh, no, I shouldn't have mentioned it!)

And no, I'm not kidding, but I really enjoyed your puff piece on the Golden Globes. I've been waiting for your take on the Oscars.
