Didn't run yesterday, for the first time this year.
Also didn't sleep.
Or eat.
I'm in a great deal of pain (not running related) and just not able to do much of anything but complain about how ineffective painkillers are.
So... not much to post for a while.

Whaa??? Kidney stone? Dental pain? I am wracking my brain thinking of something that is that painful, not musculoskeletal and not acutely operable. Myocarditis and sinusitis are possible, but much lower on my list...
I hope whatever it is that the pain abates soon :).
