Last trail run of the year?
Kurt N. and I turned the Brickyard 6-Hour challenge into 6.5 miles in about 90 minutes, or 8 times up the Brickyard Hill. Considering the lofty goals we both have, we've got a long way to go before racing next year!
Steve says hi. Like in the last line of a letter (remember when people wrote letters?) between two people who both know him. Like that. Hi.
Oh, and I write about running. 35 years and nearly 600 races thus far.

90 minutes of hill running after having such a serious pneumonia doesn't seem like anything to get down about.
Oh and we're definitely coming to Voyageur. Thanks for taking over as race director. I just loved that race and would be really sad to see it go.
Hey and I love that Thermals song you posted the video of.
And you were right about me being an idiot, but not because I married Rasmus (now the other readers must be wondering...).
I have other readers?
I can't get "Now We Can See" by the Thermals out of my head. Yeah, baby, we were nothing; we existed for less...
