My idea of fun

Plunge

I was asked if I wanted to do a Polar Bear plunge in Lake Calhoun on March 1st to raise money for the Special Olympics. I might consider it if I can get people to donate ($75).

Birthday Beta Run

For my 46th birthday I'm planning a 46 miler on the Superior Trail, Saturday Aug. 9. If I can, I'll try to climb Eagle Mountain the same weekend. Betty's Pies for anyone who joins me!

I say take the plunge! Nature's own debibrilator.

My heart rate monitor for training: 161hr is easy cruising, 170's is a good solid aerobic workout. I don't know if that answers your question. Yeah that training log is awesome! Free service too!.
