My feet look like they've been boiled. The swelling has gone down a bit and the skin is stretched out and wrinkly; instead of uniformly dark red, there's now just patches of purple where the blood and dead muscle tissue (thankfully not much of that) needs to be reabsorbed. Nothing itches or burns and only a few spots are sore to the touch. [Yes, I took pictures, so I could check progress. No, I won't post them.]
I've been sleeping 10 hours each night, plus a nap. That's a sure sign my body's recovering, if slowly.
I'm losing weight. The antibiotics are killing off intestinal flora, making it hard to absorb food.
Yesterday, I went for a walk. That's the closest to training for me in 5 or 6 weeks.
Added: It's only been a couple of weeks. Wow, does time move slowly when hurt.
