its funny but except for reading the race reports to hear about the injury's i usually read the non running post more than the running I have always thought of you as a interesting man who happens to run please dont stop

Oh, and I write about running. 35 years and nearly 600 races thus far.

Hey Braaaaah, Chad is spot on. I've been where your at numerous times. Sometimes a couple months in the klink are all you need.
I've came back so many times I could write the book on it, but then again you already have.
