Video: Panda on a Pogo Stick

Didn't have a title for this... figured the title would generate some random hits.

I'll be taking a few days off from blogging. The next big topic I hope to cover is ways coaches have tried to bridge the high intensity/low volume and low intensity/high volume methods of training. It's sort of the last great unanswered question and one of the very first things runners ask about training.

Today I'm waiting for the temperature to improve for me to do a 4 hour hill run. It's supposed to be 30 degrees (F), but at 9 AM, it's still 11, with a wind chill of -1. I declare it's open season on meteorologists; two weekends in a row when they've cheated me out of thirty degrees or so!

On another random note, I was wondering why the number of my followers was stuck at 92 for so long. Thanks to whoever stopped following, I guess.

Gee, and I've been stuck at 35 followers since forever. And be happy it's so warm there.

Nobody bit. This was one of the least-viewed posts of all time!
