Ugh.
Planned a long run today, but didn't manage one. That's four disappointing days in a row. Hope I figure out what's not working for me, now that the temperature's liveable once again.
It's still Minnesota, though; so the fact that the weather's tolerable now doesn't mean anything. You know what they say about MN weather?
[Hahahahahaha! Bet you thought I was gonna quote that old "if you don't like the weather in [blank] wait 15 minutes" saw; EPIC FAIL on your part if that's what you thought.]
Yeah, no one called me on the authenticity of that pic. Have I become a reliable source? If so, yet another instance of the degradation of journalistic standards in this country.
Steve says hi. Like in the last line of a letter (remember when people wrote letters?) between two people who both know him. Like that. Hi.
Oh, and I write about running. 35 years and nearly 600 races thus far.

Use my reasons... my legs just do not work like they once did...

I'm hoping everyone just thought I was lying.
"nomend" - My word verification.
Well, ... I ran 13 miles yesterday, ... can you do better than that?
(Maybe a little competition will inspire a run today.)
Then again, you're an ultra runner, I'm not, this could end up backfiring on me! :)
