I ran Mankato marathon. At mile 10, I heard my ankle pop, with a nasty burning pain hitting it. I wobbled the last 16 miles, for my slowest marathon finish to date. My ankle is torn up. I should of sleeped in.
Steve says hi. Like in the last line of a letter (remember when people wrote letters?) between two people who both know him. Like that. Hi.
Oh, and I write about running. 35 years and nearly 600 races thus far.

At least you're honest.
What?
What have you done with SteveQ, You Evil Pod-Person?
Thank you for taking care of you.
Your friends that care about you appreciate it.
I ran a 1/2 marathon today and channeled you. I possibly injured myself and .... well, that is where the similarities end.
I was not dead last, but I was close.
ohhh sad! I paced that race yesterday and it was fabulous! But, sometimes ya just need some sleep!
