Why I Don't Post Pictures
Matt giving me the spray down after I finished the Kettle 100 (he's had 10 hours to recover by this time). Thanks (?) to Bill Pomerenke for the photos.
Wish I had a picture to express how I feel after seeing these. (No, I won't link to the iconic picture of Macauley Culkin slapping his face.)
Still ... not nearly as disturbing as that picture of Dr. Nic in his Hammertime shorts. Because he wasn't even running that day so what was his excuse?
I'm sorry, but these pictures are hilarious. Your posture tells the story, "I am tired!". You do have a little smile on your face, so you must have been happy.
Steve says hi. Like in the last line of a letter (remember when people wrote letters?) between two people who both know him. Like that. Hi.
Oh, and I write about running. 35 years and nearly 600 races thus far.

I have seen you look far worse so I think these do you good...
Londell, when did I look worse? Afton? Sawtooth? Zumbro? I'm guessing Afton.
Just call me "The Warden"
You forgot to mention that I forced you into that prison shower. the blood and mud had to come off.
Matt, I thought the rain had done a good job of removing all the "extras." I guess 90% clean was still awful.
