The names of the heroes of YOUR Revolution will never be known, because they were just a bunch of guys who, instead of fighting for independence in, say, 1776, just waited around for another 3 or so generations until Your British Oppressors granted you the freedom you coveted but were too polite to fight for!
And that is why your National Seal contains the Three (Canadian) P's:
Patience Politeness Pacifism Pussification
Wait. That's four.
I think they took "Pussification" off the seal in the 1960s to try to discourage US draft dodgers from coming north.
Living in Duluth - closer to Canada than the state's capital, there are times I feel a kinship. The Yarn Harlot does a lovely post about Canada each July 1st (www.yarnharlot.ca). Great way to learn about our neighbor to the north.
The Alpine Coaster goes right over the Voyageur course! Avoids the SHT (I think). A little added excitement on race day!
I have not been on a roller coaster in FOREVER that looks really fun. (I think it is a 'I HATE hoards of people and standing in line' problem that usually accompanies theme parks, but I digress...)

There's a rollercoaster at Spirit Mountain now?? I guess I know what we're doing after Voyageur.
