It also helps that you don't put all your eggs in one basket with a single race, not just for getting faster. I had two goal marathons this year: one cancelled midway for the heat (Cellcom Green Bay) and one that was practically a typhoon (Cal Int'l)...neither of which were anywhere near conditions to run PR races in. <br /><br />If it had not been for my club's race series and successes at random distances (4mi, 6.1mi, 8 mi, etc), I would have probably been discouraged by having marginal time improvements this year.<br /><br />What are you writing about for Step 2?Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01212228308225991239noreply@blogger.com
