She has a strange and unique beauty kind of like a Christina Ricci. Oh yeah, and Terry Gilliam's illustration and "worm hole" fantasy is wonderfully imaginative and happily reminds me of those classic Monty Python segues he used to create.

-wynnAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2796785757974247915.post-19116132277569460902010-01-21T13:57:11.510-06:002010-01-21T13:57:11.510-06:00Funny! I have a well-known weakness for redheads, even Clairol ones like her. That dress could've, perhaps should've, gone horribly wrong; the fact that it works at all is why I like it. Helen, you're right; that color wasn't perfect for her - I misspoke - it was just better than what others did; orange is a tricky color range to match with shin tones.SteveQhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16943650844671498074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2796785757974247915.post-89579431174959761102010-01-20T21:23:15.412-06:002010-01-20T21:23:15.412-06:00I just don't see how a monochromatic blush of ...I just don't see how a monochromatic blush of salmon and peach colors could look aesthetically appealing on threads. Hendricks flamboyant features on the dress actually make it better somehow. The plush wave of fabric looks like a flying buttress, but in art nouveau style. Personally I prefer a simple (less is more) clean look. Formal yet borderline flirting with casual. My vote goes toward Christian Dior and Tom Ford pieces. Garner, yes! She's easy on the eyes, that's for sure.

-wynnAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2796785757974247915.post-30231753042045300342010-01-20T19:16:37.922-06:002010-01-20T19:16:37.922-06:00I like the new picture on your blog. Did you know who the "golden globes" actress what before you saw her on the show? I've never seen her before. I'm guessing she has a few more fans now.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09850402946096255139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2796785757974247915.post-78318630870494209812010-01-20T13:08:31.129-06:002010-01-20T13:08:31.129-06:00I didn't see Maggie Gyllenhall but can't i...I didn't see Maggie Gyllenhall but can't imagine what she lo9oked like if you thought that colour was perfect for Christina Hendricks.... or maybe it was the style that put me off... or maybe...
