The 25K is a good example. If there were an Olympic 25K, it'd be much faster, I'm sure.

Also, the more races one has done, the better the data gets.SteveQhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16943650844671498074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2796785757974247915.post-48929840415307229552009-08-11T12:16:18.376-05:002009-08-11T12:16:18.376-05:00Thanks for posting. Although I don't have many races under my belt, I took my best times and listed them as a percentage of world records:
1 mi - 63.9%
2 mi - 61.7%
5 mi - 66.1%
10K - 61.7%
Half mar - 61.2%
25K - 62.1%
Marathon - 56.3%

My 2 miler was not a great race so I was reluctant to list it. I hit a wall at races longer than 2 to 2.5 hours. According to my percentages, although I do best at 5 miles and under, I really like running 25Ks as the wall is beyond the finish line for me.Mark H.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06652763440178970374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2796785757974247915.post-80192459940720825702009-08-11T11:36:30.760-05:002009-08-11T11:36:30.760-05:00FIRST!1!FIRST!1!Glaven Q.
